Clinical Care Meets Calm
Located in Port Alberni, BC, I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, with 20 years of extensive continuing education and clinical experience working with both children and adults.
I bring a highly individualized, intentional approach to every treatment. My work is quiet, calming, and precise—designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce tissue sensitivity and support comfortable movement and mobility.
Combining Neuromuscular Therapy, Osteopathic Muscle Energy Technique, myofascial techniques, Swedish massage, breath work, percussion, vibration and movement awareness, I tailor each treatment to your goals.
Whether you’re seeking relief from pain and tension, support through injury recovery, stress reduction, or preventative care, my goal is simple: to help you feel more comfortable, connected and at ease in your body.
Direct billing is available with most extended health insurance providers.

Registered Massage Therapy can help manage physical pain, improve movement and function, and support your overall sense of wellbeing. It may also provide temporary relief from symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, and depression.
Through hands-on techniques such as pressure, stretching, and gliding movements, Registered Massage Therapists work with the body’s tissues and nervous system to help influence how pain is experienced. Massage can stimulate sensory receptors in the skin and muscles, which may help reduce the intensity of pain signals and promote relaxation.
The benefits of massage therapy aren't only physical. When touch feels safe and comfortable, the body can release natural chemicals that help reduce pain and support relaxation. A calm, supportive environment built on trust can also help the nervous system feel more at ease, which may positively influence pain perception and overall wellbeing.
If you're looking for Registered Massage Therapy in Port Alberni, I'm here to support you in managing pain, improving mobility, and helping you feel more comfortable in your body.

It depends. There are many factors that affect our health and wellbeing. Some options include: receiving monthly massages for maintenance or booking 3 sessions, 1-2 weeks apart to focus on a specific concern. Another great option is to book one massage per season or during predictable times of stress or activity. If you have questions, please contact me to discuss your specific needs.

No, I don’t accept tips. As a Registered Massage Therapist, I set my service fees to appropriately reflect the time, care, and professional expertise that go into each treatment.
If you’ve had a positive experience, the best “tip” you can give me is to spread the word! Referring friends, family, or colleagues, or leaving a thoughtful review, helps others feel confident in choosing my services and lets them know where they can find me.
Your trust, support, and kind words mean more to me than a tip ever could. Thank you!

Many people have shared that they often feel obliged to keep a conversation going during a massage. Rapport building and relevant communication is helpful. However, too much talking interferes with the mechanisms at play during a massage that provide pain relief and relaxation.
